You should leave all fields in this window ("Registered to", "Organization", "Number") blank and hit the "Next" button to continue with the QuickTime installation. When you run the Starry Night program itself for the first time, a different window will pop up asking for your name and registration number. You should now enter your Starry Night registration number and it will will work fine.
